It's not the same, but if anyone would like to read online manga of very good visual quality then i'd recommend this -

So those last you posted are the gaming comics? I just can't get the difference yet, but at least the one i recommended is not the one Smile
Can't think of anything else as i usualy don't like western "mechanical" comic drawing style. Anyone knows of something hand painted or pencil/pen drawn manga style?

Heh I also read ctrl+alt+delete and QC sometimes.

There's also VGcats and penny arcade, but those have gone down in quality
    rather than up.

Alex - don't really have a suggestion, most everything nowadays has some
amount of CG aide or use in it.

I know there are places where you can look up webversions of regular comics, for example Marvel has webversion of Spidey, etc but are they the same thing webcomics or just simply a variation of the regular comics? scratch

Imo there's a few quality webcomics because stuff that's made for web only has no commercial interest meaning it's usualy something quick and easy and is vector-drawn and it's for "general audience" which can't be good.
Few people draw quality stuff on regular basis. I knew some good artists at DiviantArt, but each page takes couple of weeks for them to create so usualy only other artists are among constant readers.

Modern art is in sorry state thanks to abundance of "factory made" things and people who are trained to only accept stuff that has tons of cliches they are used to in it. As for Marvel - i like level of their artists but i was never interested in their comics. When i was child i was already too old for it and prefered classic Sci-Fi. For some reason any superhero comics/books/movie was immidiately boring for me so i prefered more realistic stories. This is how i came to like Seikai btw Smile

JGZ, CG aid is different - anything that is drawn on computer by hand only and "virtual" brushes is still traditional art. Vector based, 3D etc is CG Smile

I have a feeling there would be many people that'd debate you on that...
My terminology use of computer graphics is as it is described, graphics made using the computer.

    *shrug*

Yeah, there are such people, but usualy they have no clue about it - never learned, tried or painted anything while any artist who use both will say that there's no real big difference. Same tools, same methods and you receive not much benefit from working on computer except for easier redo. Of course some use CG techniques in their works, but mostly it's minor stuff.

Big Spiderman fan... Cause I am quite a bit like Peter Parker in real life... like millions of other geeks. Just have to find my MJ. Smile

Course hopefully wouldn't go the same way since they got divorced after having a daughter in the official timeline.

Also liked Green Lantern... hey, a ring that can make anything you think of - woot.

    Flash... little bit of Batman.

    Gambit and Rogue comics.

The Justice League Unlimited tv series was pretty good overall.

Don't you think all that stuff is overpowered? There's no challenge if you have too much power Smile

I guess Spiderman is more or less ok, though i don't know why you want same girl he had - she's nothing of interest, unless she's beter in comics than in movie Smile
I liked Batman in the last movie because he gets beaten often and feel more like a real person there... and Superman is the worst case - i'd fall a sleep if hollywood is to make another movie about him )

I guess all the superheroes is the reflection of how power-hungry their fans are Razz
Is there any popular comics about not so overpowered heroes? Like Sin City maybe - i don't have have the comics, but movie was great Smile

Superman is overpowered, sure... it's like watching Goku in DBZ.

As to Mary Jane, depending on which comics you read she was better in them.
The movie role is more of... "oh woe is me... whee Spidyman I wuv youz!!"
    Blah...

On a few occasions MJ was known to have fought off the villian without anyone's help.
But none the less, it's a fictional character.

I preferred Batman Begins over Dark Knight to be honest. Begins over any other Bats movie actually.

Flash was cool because of all the things you could do as a result of speed, so he had to come up with some other solution besides just being fast. If that meant stopping tornadoes by spinning up and countering each tornado to wipe it out - that's what he did.

Green Lantern much the same thing... there's endless possibilities. But he had his enemies as well... although I'll concede the whole "I can't fight yellow" thing is rather dumb. Now there's red, green, blue, yellow...etc lanterns I understand in a recent series... now that's reeeeeallly pushing it.
