Trump for President! Time for mass suicide or the age of S&M?

It's the rise of S&M in anime, too.

Eh, do the Seahawk have a chance?

An interesting though just came to mind while reading on how greenpeace was collecting air pollution data: riding a bike through the cities taking measures via sensors on a trailer. The thing is the biker didn't wear a mask! Where's their caution or should I say they don't have workplace safety? Twisted Evil

The German parliament, after bickering for a week, decided on sending troops in support of france. The german media is playing things up. Frankly, the order already given out and the advanced parties have been send at least a week before. Heh. More surprising imho, even though they'll send 6 recon Tornado fighters, one frigate and 1+ tankers it amounts to 1200 men. Discounting the frigate it's still about 1100 men for a handfull of aircrafts. That's quite some support overhead.

Unfortunately it was not the outcome I was hoping for: Seattle 38- Minnesota 7. Mad

It's interesting to note that Le Pen has taken a lead in the French Regional Elections. I suppose what happened in Paris probably boosted anti-immigration feeling.

Also in Venezuela the opposition won big,I guess after decades of hyper-inflation and necessary goods like toilet paper becoming scarce the people have had enough. The crime rate didn't help the government either.

I sent my order to Rightstuf today.

Still raining, at least it's better than no rain or snow and drought in the summer like last year!

So Kim Song Un has his own personal all girl K-Pop band. He sent them to Beijing to firm up North Korea's friendship with China.

Yesterday on The Flash we finally get to meet Wally West. Ironically in the '90s comics he's
Iris' nephew and he calls Barry Uncle Barry. Playbuzz had a quiz yesterday to determine if you could tell the difference between the comic book and tv versions. I passed. Very Happy
I guess having a ton of the '90s comic in my comic book collection didn't hurt any(and being a bit of a DC fan doesn't either).

So they had another interesting twist on Agents of SHIELD yesterday. This time it turned out that William was really the creature Hydra had been looking for(he killed the real one when Gemma
came through the portal). Fitz gets another chance at being a badass when he kills it. And looks like
Coulson finally gets a bit of revenge on Ward.
Plus May gets to be temporarily in charge for a few minutes.

I need to get started on my Christmas shopping and hope to get it done in the next week.

    My stress started weeks ago...

I would say Le Pen is fated to be president but it may not be permitted in the future.
Apropos I wonder if Trump gets kicked out of the party.
Well, even if the opposition won that guy's still in power. And I doubt things will ever change for such countries that don't care about their people as they should. As things go (climate change & resources) the likeliness shrinks with every day.
I'm already wondering when the oil price bubble blows up.

Yeah...well nothing makes a Dictatorship platable then some really lusciously beautiful female singers.

And now Carson says he might bolt as well. I think the Neo-cons currently in charge of the GOP are either a bunch of idiots or else they really want to destroy the party.

So we haven't gotten our mail lately because the windstorm damaged the distribution center in Spokane
and now they have to send all the mail to Seattle for sorting, which means mail will be 2-3 days late! No

Finally the Spokane entry in the IFL has a nickname:EMPIRE.
Stupid AFL for not allowing the team to keep the old nickname of SHOCK.
Well at least Spokane has a football team, Seattle's still waiting on the whole arena thing before
they get a chance at another NBA team.

Drat! There goes Qo'nos and Krypton as possible names as well as Bajor. Though I wonder if Vulcan could still be used since it's based on the Roman name for the Greek God of the Forge.

Finally got around to watching iZombie, not bad. Extra plus because it's set in Seattle.

Read up on Christmas in the Colonies and it was interesting to see how different things were in different
parts, for example in New England it was banned outright for being overly "Popish", "Pagan" and
"UnBiblical"( showing how ahistorical Bill O'Reilly's War On Christmas (tm) schtick actually is!)
while in the South they tended to try to celebrate it the way they thought it was traditionally down in
    Old England.

And speaking of O'Reilly: apparently he was one of the celebrities that will appear on the new season of Finding Your Roots. He claimes that Dr. Gates discovered that he and Bill Maher were cousins! Laughing Laughing Laughing

Er...I think you mean 42 year old.

Like a lot of people Jar Jar Binks killed my enthusasism for Star Wars. Seriously, that was the worst decision since, i don't know ,the entire Ewok thing or else the infamous Star Wars Holiday Special. Not even Spock's Brain was that terrible an idea!

I think it would had been better if they had made a movie series around the X Wing Squadron
comics. I mean Wedge Antilles was one of the best side characters in the whole original trilogy so he ought to have gotten his day in the sun. Besides doing a movie trilogy around the fighter squadron he and Luke were part of would've made it more interesting.

Plus we could've seen some interesting perspective from the former Tie pilots in the squadron who had defected( yes I know Finn in the new movie is an ex-Storm Trooper but not the same).

I have one of the comics in my collection and it's pretty good. Probably one of the best of the lot.

Nope, I do mean 12 year olds and it's not based on MPAA rating either. It's ... you could say psychology Wink

Well, I think Ewok was the right idea, even though, I can't say they were right in the way the movie was made. *shrugs*

You should look at the novels and the table top/board games. There's a huge amount regarding rebel & X-Wing/Tie suadrons. So many I lost track. There's about 130++ RPG table top books...That's why people where unhappy about Disney throwing them all overboard (only to copy the ideas). For example the X-Wing: Rogue Squadron.

Yeah, I would've loved it if they had gone more in the direction of the comics and original novels like
Splinter In The Mind's Eye. I'd even love a series based on the exploits of Mara Jade everyone's
    favorite SW bad girl.

Welp this week we got plenty of snow and I've had the time of it shoveling.

It's not too bad except when you're done it all comes back down on you again.

Didn't watch The Hilary And Bernie Comedy Hour on ABC Saturday. Poor O'Malley is practically
left in the status of a living prop now that Webb is gone. And speaking of gone it looks like Senator
Graham has decided to depart. Too bad since he probably had one of the most realistic views on
    the War on Terror.

The sad news over the weekend was that Jimmy Carter's grandson died over the weekend. From what I gather he had been in trouble with drugs and stealing when he was younger. Still rather sad.

(I might have mentioned that before but forget)

Today the Washington Post had to retract a cartoon of Senator Cruz because it showed his daughters as monkeys dancing around. The cartoonist wouldn't apologize even though it was beyond the Pale. One thing it did was it united the Republicans behind Cruz.

Just finished shoveling and looks like I'll have to do more later on today as it decided to come back down again! Evil or Very Mad

And the height of stupidity regarding Star Wars:The Force Awakens was achieved by a Montana

I think vacations are more stressful or tiring since you party every day.

Eh! scratch Grace, that's actually not a bad choice. I mean it's already a common name. I wonder if there's a more fitting... say flower or the like name. Hmm, it's very common for asians and they mostly sound nice, too. *shrugs*

There's really a lot of natural disaster, tornado etc. this winter. I have been wondering for quite a while if it's due to the tilting from the Great Earthquake (Fukushima) [why they always name it like that...]. Then again I think it's more likely due to the "cheap" oil the last few years. Also note the increase in smoke in large cities and the increase in attempting to forbid or restrict automobile traffic.

We've had adventures in Electric Power today. It kept coming on and off earlier and hopefully it stays on permenantly now. When I paid the bill at PUD they said that it's all over. Some transformers blew, some
lines are on the ground, etc. They were pretty busy on the phones when I came in.
Also the ATM at the bank wasn't working well since yesterday so the Teller told me they had a man
coming in to look at it.

And tried to get on three or four time yesterday to the forum but it seems they must've been working on the server or something as I kept getting that it couldn't connect.

This winter my parents bought lots of candles that smelled. They left them burning all day and they didn't bother to air regularly. I got a headache just after entering the living room. @.@ There was probably excessive monoxide leading to minor poisoning. Well, it's cold outside so I had to air every few hours instead of leaving the windows slightly open.

I didn't have that problem here but elsewhere my e-mails bounced due to various server problems. I couldn't access some of the alternate accounts, too.

    my Got Anime renewal.

My friend in Georgia says I should check out the new season of Doctor Who, we have the first DVD in the library so plan to check it out soon. I hope it's better than the Matt Smith version.
