The Ubiquitous What Are You Watching Thread?

Post by mitsuki lover on 3/21/2016, 1:44 pm

Friday episode 1 of Please Twins. The episode opens with Miaku going to school on his scooter and seeing Karen through a window on the train, meanwhile Mina has hitched a ride but the driver
gropes her and she tries to get him off. This causes a crash and Miaku ends up helping Mina.
Because he's late Mizuho gives him cleaning detail with Tsbusasa, who later tells Ichigo how she feels
    about him.
At home Miaku is surprised when Mina shows up and shows him the same picture of two children playing in the wading pool that he has. She claims that this is proof she is his twin.
Karen winds up sleeping at the train station platform where Marie shows up; after waking up she
comes to the house and immediately faints.

Saturday episode 4 of Angelic Layer Misaki finds herself at the Tokyo Tournament. She notices that all of the other players seem to be a bit tense. Fortunately she winds up in the same waiting area as Hotako who tells her to simply be herself and believe in herself and Hikaru. Since Hotako
is first Misaki gets a chance to watch. Even though Hotako's opponent is a regional champion
Suzaku takes her doll down in seconds flat but not allowing her to prepare a defense.
Then it's Misaki's turn. Her opponent's doll is called Catharina and she uses ice skates to help in her speed based attacks.
At first Misaki and Hikaru are unsure of what to do against the attacks. But Hotako has faith in them.
Finally Misaki comes up with a plan; while Catharina is still using one of her famed spin kick moves
she has Hikaru jump and attack from above.
The momentum of the attack along with Catharina's own momentum sends her flying out of the ring.

Sunday episode 11 of Umi Monogatari Marin's attmepts to purify Samu and Warin and Matsoumto's daughter fail. They keep attacking. It's not until she joins hands with Kanon that
they are able to purify their friends. After they are purged of Sado's evil they lie exhausted and
Kanon, Marin and Matsoumoto carry them home.
Then they decide to look for Urin again.
diving into the sea they find Urin sleeping in her bed. Marin wakes her and she seems to be normal
but flees after seeing Kanon and Matsoumoto. They follow. Marin tries to purify her sister but
it doesn't work. Even if Kanon's help it fails. Instead Urin's ring absorbs the purification.
Urin under Sado's control then uses blood to attack her sister and Kanon and Matsoumoto.
They appear seriously wounded and are forced down by the attack.
The blood forms a cocoon around Urin and Sado takes full possession of her. When she emerges
    her wings have changed.

Re-watched the dub of Boogiepop Phantom episode 8 on Monday. Cool
Rachel Lillis as Nagi is one of the reasons why I love this dub so much. She really wowed me the first time I saw it on Anime Unleashed. Before then I only knew her as Misty and Jesse on Pokemon. This was the first serious anime role I'd seen her in.
The episode was a life in the day of Nagi through the eyes of Kuroda's 'Double'.
It included encounters with the female Echoes, Boogiepop Phantom and the Manticore.
It ends at the old abandoned amusement park where Poon Poon is briefly seen.

Tuesday re-watched episode 7 of Excel Saga raw. This is the one where they parody Alien. Misaki kicks butt! Cool Smile
I also watched the Japanese tv ads for when it originally aired. So it was originally on at 1:45 a.m.
    Thursdays.

Friday episode 2 of Please Twins. Karen and Mina get to know each other as Mina takes Karen
for a walk. Miaku works on his computer programming and later goes to school. He's surprised during
lunch when the girls arrive. Ichigo catches them and they're hauled before Mizuho.
Later that night Mina decides to leave, but Karen catches up to her and then Miaku on his scooter.
They convince her to stay and so she walks back with Karen.

Saturday episode 5 of Angelic Layer. The competition continues. Misaki's next opponent is a tough one noted for being able to take down surprise attacks. She tries to have Hikaru jump behind her opponent twice but fails each time. This leads her to loosing faith in herself and her battle doll.
Instead she decides to try to win on points and has Hikaru pound away on her opponent. This strategy
    disappoints Hotako.
Finally Hikaru wins by landing what appears to be an accidental heel blow on her opponents head.
Misaki is excited about winning again but Hotako won't talk to her.

Note:This leads to the first battle between Suzaku and Hikaru.

Sunday episode 12 of Umi Monogatari. Urin is now fully possessed by Sendo but still
can't overcome her love for her Big Sister Marin. Even though the latter is badly injured and Sendo
wants her to be left behind, Urin takes her with her.
Later Kanon and Matsoumoto recover and go after them.
Recovering Marin tries to reach out to Urin by reminding her of the past. This begins to work as
    the others arrive.
Sendo gets angry and begins to turn Urin's body black.
Marin takes hold and hugs her Little Sister and then Kanon grabs her hand. Kanon forgives her
and this helps as Urin is finally purified from Sendo.

Later as Kanon accompanies Urin, Marin, Warin,Samu,Matsoumoto and his daughter to the see them
off Matsoumoto says something that startles the others. Marin is the last to leave the land but as she
does Kanon races to the edge of the water and cries out to her.

This is the series finale but there is an extra 13th episode that is the OVA.
Also the end credits show Kanon and her friends later. Koijima says something that makes her blush really bad and the others tease her.

Friday episode 3 of Please Twins. The two girls continue to bond. Then Miaku gets a guest from school ( it's the girl who's his senior). She and Mina immediately take a dislike to each other and have
it out in a cooking contest to see who can make Miaku the best lunch.
Ichigo spies on the happenings using a telescope on the dock across the river.
Mizuho arrives and watches Ichigo spying on everyone.
Marie appears when they're eating and Karen feeds him some of the chocolate pokey.

Saturday episode 6 of Angelic Layer This is the big battle between Hotako/Suzuka and
Misaki/Hikaru. At first because of Hotako's expierence it looks like it'll be a short contest, but
Misaki and Hikaru manage to make a real contest out of it. Then for awhile it looks like Hotako
is getting the upper hand but Misaki finally realizes what others have figured out: Hotako isn't
watching Hikaru's moves but hers. So she readjusts and watches Hotako instead.
But finally Hotako decides it's time and she congradutes Misaki on a good battle and that she shouldn't loose to any else but her and then ends it.

Thought: This had the feeling of a championship match to it.

Sunday episode 13 of Umi Monogatari this was basically the OVA. It acts really as an epilogue
to the series. At first it looks like they were doing two separate story lines, one with Marin and the others and the other with Kanon and her friends. However the two stories converge toward the middle.
The one regret I have is that we never get to see Kanon and Marin reunite. They do see each other
though when the former and Kojima go scuba diving but don't meet.
There's a cool scene where Kanon waves when she sees Marin.Marin isn't sure who they are because they're wearing scuba gear and so she has to be cautious.

Monday saw the Kaliedo Star ova Flight of Phoenix:The Layla Hamilton Story.
This was centered around Layla trying to rediscover who she was in order to perfect the Phoenix before her broadway performance. Sora also needed to find her own Phoenix as she and Ken and May go looking for Layla.

I thought that this would be dubbed but it was subbed only but that was ok because of the cast.
Especially the awesomeness of Ohara Sayaka as Layla. Very Happy

    Mobile Suit Gundam - Iron-Blooded Orphans ep24
Even though Gjallarhorn can't interfere in internal affairs (election), they have closed off Edmonton to prevent Makanai from entering the election.
The mercs are fighting local forces in order to enter the city. Both sides won't go all out for various reasons so the are stuck in a war of attrition.
Using every they got left as diversion Makanai and Kudelia cross the low level river and enter the city. Meanwhile the converted Ein cyborg mecha annihilates the merc's mechas and goes after Kudelia.
Mika is busy with Gaelio but somehow he makes a miraculous getaway (no idea how) to safe Kudelia in time. In his stead Monday appears to fight Gaelio...

    Mobile Suit Gundam - Iron-Blooded Orphans ep25
Monday reveals himself as McGillis Fareed to Gaelio. With this McGillis has killed both of his only friends (Carta, Gaelio) in life. Gjallarhorn cut off all communications in the city except or rather only LCS (laser) could work now. [they never explained what LCS is or any abbreviations for that matter]
Meanwhile, Makanai lets Kudelia hold a speech before parliament and wins people to elect Makanai. Mika somehow manages to win against Ein.
Kudelia drafts up an agreement about half metals with Makanai. The mercs get their reward and are about to leave for home. McGillis sends his stephfather into exile.
The world is about to change against Gjallarhorn, a conflict McGillis is waiting for to crush everything and restore Gjallarhorn's reason for existence.
    The END
The beginning was interesting but the show quickly fail to keep their promising scope. I guess it's so-so, not really a must see. If you must watch the first 4 episodes.
The fighting strategies are OK and I have covered the important points if any so.

Utawarerumono - Itsuwari no Kamen ep24
Vurai tells Oshutoru he intends to become emperor which Oshutoru cannot agree due to his cruel personality in getting results. They fight, transform and cause serious destructions.
The other generals are just observing and waiting for their chance or turn... intending to nap the victor.
Oshutoru is about to lose so the twins offer their ability to... "seal" Vurai's power. But Vurai is not beaten yet. Haku stops Vurai with his fan until Oshutoru recovers and kills Vurai.

Utawarerumono - Itsuwari no Kamen ep25
    [voiceless]
Kuon's party is in the mountain regions where the show started. They are nursing Anju while waiting for Haku's party... only Oshutoru and Nekone arrive. Oshutoru hands Kuon the fan.
    [/voiceless]
    Oshutoru tells her Haku's dead.
In the middle of the night Kuons leaves... apartic the fan falls out of her hands. Nekone picks it up and returns it to Oshutoru.
It's revealed Oshutoru died (became white sand & glitter). Oshutoru gave Haku his mask to take his place (so he can obtain popular support).
Haku remembers his decision and his pain having to deceive Kuon while holding his speech to relay the population....
    The END.
Jeez, 25 episodes just to get past the intro and prologue and to the beginning of the real story...
If this is how anime is going to be I'll be deprived of anime.

Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE 0096 episode 1
It seems the same as the movies. I dunno where's the difference.

Sent in my order for Uteraruwamono OVA and Magic Users Club OVA today. Very Happy

Friday episode 4 of Please Twins Karen and Mina get interviewed by Mizhuno for school and then spy on Miaku and his senpai talking. They run away and ichigo has the entire Student Council out looking for them(she has a really bright future working in some dictatorship's secret police! Laughing )
They end up in the sports equipment locker room where Marie finds them and teleports Mizhuno to them. And she winds up with a heart to heart talk with the both of them about Miaku.

Saturday episode 7 of Angelic Layer Misaki is nervous after loosing to Hotako. In her final
bout of the Tournament she starts off tentative as she is scared of hurting Hikaru again. But after
her opponent starts to taunt her she gets aggressive. Halfway through Maria (her opponent) tells her
about how she doesn't need any friends, etc. but Misaki tells her she doesn't have to be lonely.
That changes Maria's attitude and they both start having fun.
After Misaki wins she and Maria become friends.

Sunday episode 5 of Stellvia It's time for the annual interschool sports festival and the Big Four
are looking for a cadet to join their ranks in Space Ball. Everyone else fails and so it's up to a nervous Shima to see if she can do it. Amazingly despite having the worst piloting skills in her class she succeeds but still has doubts about playing Space Ball.

Note: Since I already have watched Stellvia a couple times in Japanese I decided this go around to go back and rewatch the dub.

Monday I sent in my order for the Utareruwamono OVAs and the Magic Club Users OVA.
Then I got my Homura Figure and volume 2 of the Puella Magi Homura Tamura manga in the mail, except for I had to go through a lot of hassle to get them. It seems the US Post Office here decided to open the package and then they decided to add $7.16 because of the Homura Figure:
"Toys aren't media!!" they say. So after being lectured I finally got my package.... Evil or Very Mad

Any way: Monday night saw episode 8 of the Dirty Pair OVA, this is the one where Kei and
Yuri find a sleeping girl in suspended animation. She turns out to be the only living witness to a pirate attack that occured twenty years ago. Kei is assigned to see if she can get through to the girl and
get her to tell them what happened, but she's pretty mute and won't respond. On top of that the leader of the raid is still alive and after the girl to make sure she doesn't talk!
At the end of the episode the girl finally breaks down and smiles for Kei. Very Happy

Tuesday episode 14 of Excel Saga, ah! yes! the introduction of everyone's favorite lesbian android: Roppamatsu Mach 1. This is also the one that shows just how delusional Iwata is! Laughing

    Macross Delta PV, ep1-2
The preview is essentially episode 1.
This show is more or less a continuation in the Macross Frontier.
This time it seems the enemy is another humanoid race manipulating Zentradi via songs.

    Sailor Moon ep.28-29
    Outer Senshis!!!!
The art is a return to the classic more or less... there seems to be some baby face traces. Only looks updated with more details. The art is still somewhat different.
The songs are so-so. Story wise it's close to the classics.
Haruka & Michiru etc. are introduced. <3 same scene with Haruka/Michiru enticing Usagi/Mamuro.

Friday episode 5 of Please Teacher, the girls question whether or not Miaku actually likes girls and go out of their way to be certain that he does. This winds up in them acting in a lot of very obnoxious ways, including hanging their underwear where he can notice!

Saturday episode 8 of Angelic Layer, this starts with Misaki and her friends, including Tomayo
hanging out after school. One of the boys whose surname just happens to be Misaki says she's no
big deal and he can beat her at Angelic Layer. Tomayo says that's just because he lost his match.
They wind up at Princess Piffle where it's Misaki vs. Misaki. at first Hikaru seems not to be doing
too well and Misaki takes a break. In the rest room she meets a singing idol who is also a big
Angelic Layer fan. She encourages Misaki and when she gets her confidence has returned and she
beats him showing that girls can beat boys!
In the end the other Misaki shows everyone his new female[i] doll named:Misakichi!

Sunday episode 6 of Stellvia, the day of the big interschool sports tournament has arrived.
Shima is nervous in the Astroball first round and is eliminated because she caused a foul.
Later as the cadets are eating the others try to cheer her up. Then the Odyssey team walks in and
start to rile things up until they're told what Shima [i]actually
did. This impresses the captain and
he orders the rest of the team to walk out of the dinning room because:" it's not fun any more."
In the competition Shima decides to go with her strength which is programming.
Using her programming skills she is able to get the ball pass the Odyssey team and score the first of several goals for Stellvia which ends up winning.

Additional: this is the episode that introduces Shima's self proclaimed rival Rena.

    Macross Delta ep.3
I have my doubts about this show.
Hayate's is a brainless Alto Saotome from Macross Frontier. Totally ignorant and only interested in what he "wills" it to be. I guess he's supposed to be a representative of today's youth.
Hayate Immelman has a final test and wins against Mirage Farina Jenius.
He basically pulls a "Top Gun" break rises into the sun and coming back down shoots Mirage.
For an experience pilot like Mirage to fall for the most basic trick not to mention losing the kinetic highground to begin with. Back to WWI (WWII) it its.
It's said the enemy varifighter uses a new transformation mechanic but sofar (gerwalk) I don't see any truly new principle mechanic involved. That said the UN design has a feel from Macross 2 + Yukikaze. I kind of like the innovations from Macross 2.
The character's mix and design are more like combinations of Macross 7 & Frontier.
We haven't seen much of the enemy other than some kind of feudal system, and seemingly all is for the king. Our heroine is one of them and the UN knows it and about the conflict. So why are the enemies unknown?
I have the feeling they want to establish Zeons for the franchise, but then these guys look like fail. Macross is too pacifistic.

    Fate Stay Night Unlimited Works
    Ep.13
Shiro returns home. Saber is in her maiden dress...bound as punishment for still resisting Castor. Castor is scolded by Kuzuki for her independent actions. He decides to reman at the church.
Rin dreams of Archer as one of the Protectors, who save the human world from destruction. However, Archer kept being summoned after death. After hearing Rin actually wants to save Saber to give her back to Shiro he betrays hers during the battle with Castor. Archer reveals Castor's identity and wants to join her. She tells him she distrust traitors but takes him anyway.
On their way home Shiro makes Rin cry. He returns her pendant saying he has another. Rin realizes something but won't say when asked. He tells her he has feelings for her.
    Ep.14

Roppamatsu Mark 2 joins the rest of the crew but Iwata is just annoyed by having her around.

    success.
However Roppamatsu Mark 1 shows up in the nick of time and Iwata is overjoyed.

    Sailor Moon Crystal ep29
So far Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune have not shown any actions yet. It's kind of disappointing since in the classic they outclassed the inner senshi's from the start. So you would expect something spectacular. Also their side silhouette doesn't look good (too similar & boyish).
Also Sailor Moon and Co. are already powered up. Hotaru is also bigger. The team is puzzled by the new comers.
Kaorinite commands the witches 5, all well endorsed btw. I don't remember them ever showing up together; they were more like deadly rivals.
This time the show more clearly points to the outer senshis as the target of interest in this arc. Mamoru & Rei have dreams/premonitions about the destruction and some voice calling the talismans to wake up.
After witnessing Mamoru with Michiru, Usagi mindlessly asks Haruka, the "boy", whether he's a Sailor Guardian. Laughing Chibiusa is class president! (2nd grade)
Eudial finally fights and gets beaten for good. Looks like it's gonna be one showdown for each of the 5 witches per episode until the last two or so. Episodes 33-6 will host the final rundown.
    Uranus kisses SM!
Despite being old and a bit blurry ihmo some of the classic depictions look kind of better. Is it style or nostalgia? *shrugs* The current seiyuus sound a bit more serious not as goofy or playful. Imho the old Rei (anime or live-action) used to have the best voices.

It could be a bit of both.

Wed. episode 5 of NOIR this one basically introduces the Les Soldats orignization. Cool moment
when Mirielle is in the catacombs looking for the parchment followed by the fight in the church and
    grave yard.

Th. episode 10 of GITS:SAC this was more of a Batou episode since it delved into his past
when he was an army ranger. Also it features two CIA agents who know more than they're willing to tell.

Fri. episode 6 of Please Twins! this was mainly the fall out of Karen kissing Maiku and everyone's reactions. Karen and Mina finally make peace in the end.

    Macross Delta ep4
Some more information about Windemere: it's a (complete) snowy (winter fantasy land); windermerean have a short lifespan in exchange for enhance physical abilities (whatever that means). They most definitely have some sort of fold wave organ/ornament/receptor in their hair which is activated by emotion. (see Macross Frontier) Commoners seems to have one while elites/nobles have two.
We still are not told about the grudge or reason they hate humans. so far only some hint about their ruler suffering as some sort of reason. He sings which resonates with their relics. For some reason she's weak... human fold wave disruption of harmony might be one reason for her weakness which may threaten her life. *pure speculations*
Anyway, the episode is a Walkure idol/mecha show as they introduce their newest members (Hayate Immelman+Freyja Wion) to the galaxy on planet Randor while holding a show to suppress the Var. The Var so far seems to be some sort of Zentradi berserk mode triggered by (windermerean) song. They go rampant and have to be calmed/cured by songs from the Walkure team.
And well, the unknown enemies come to interfere... this time they have come up with some jamming that interferes with the holographics & drones & fold wave amplification systems, effectively disabling the idol's defenses/music weapons. Note the busty idol techi girl uses glasses for scanning. No it's not nearly as fancy as Sailor V's mask.
The NUNS (UNSpacy) comes to save them. Here called Spacy, looks like there's still confusion about the new name. They still use the VF-171 Nightmare.
However, the Windemere king sings and makes the Spacy attack the Walkure. For some reason Freyja Wion doesn't recognize the voice of her king. It seems Messer is susceptible. (Why isn't he called Messerschmidt?)
Once again, Arad Molder (or Chuck Mustang?) seems to recognize the enemy pilot's movement style (King's brother). The VF-31 has two barriers as defense. (Nice!) Mikumo & Freya sing and save the day. The new Walkure song sounds somewhat familar...
But it's all a diversion while the unknown enemy invaded the planet Vordor. (What has a diversion to do with some planet elsewhere? It's not like a few minutes away.)
The windemere turn off their camera jamming (seriously) and active skin camouflage revealing their emblem.... The transformation is finally fully shown! Still don't see anything really new about it.
They declare war on the Brisingr Alliance and Galaxy = New Unified Government.
Btw. We are in a fantasy mini galaxy next to the Milkyway galaxy. [Other than the Magellan there's nothing within a million light years.]
It seems Hayate Immelman+Freyja Wion are the only real main characters. Mikumo doesn't stand out as much as Sheryl Nome even though her status is the same. And I think the characters are more shallow, uncertain, too stereotypicalized than Frontier.
From what's been shown the VF-31S and the SV-262 have the same ideas as far as weaponry goes: same missile bay location/design (the SV seems to have more on bottom, too); main energy cannon... Both hero mechs upgraded with two guns like the VF-171, VF-21/22 etc. and do actually use both at the same time in all modes. Well haven't seen the SV doing yet.
The wings fold like Yukikaze for more speed. Not really feasible in real life. The VF-31's tail wings look nicely placed outboard but standing in the vortex wake of the canards would be totally useless in real life.
The only real new feature I see is the VF31's mid section (between engines) is a transformable weapons pod/radar dish. Perhaps inspired by the russian PAK FA (T-50)? I still wonder what's new on the SV-262. (Numbering from the Me-262?) I haven't looked up in the wikis etc. yet.
Unless there's some major improvement in story and character development Macross Frontier looks to be the better show.

Saturday on Angelic Layer was the one where Misaki battles Ringo, the Idol Deus. At first it looked like Ringo was having the upper hand until Misaki realized that her doll's use of wind attacks
made her vulnerable to close up attacks and dodges. So she had Hikaru dodge and then come in close.
She ended the battle by having Hikaru use Suzuka's signature move.
In other words Misaki revealed that she can memorize any move used against her and use it later on.
She and Ringo become friends at the end.

Sunday episode 7 of Stellvia the prep students have to go against the normal students in
a jousting competition. Shima ends up againts Ayaka. They wind up being pretty even but then
Ayaka figures a way of 'cheating' to win. At the end she feels a bit down by how she won as she walks past Shima's quarters. Yayoi sees her walk by.

Monday episodes 19 and 20 of Shrine of the Morning Mist the first one is about Chika struggling in Kurenko's Clasic Japanese Lit class. The second one focuses on the Nerd Girl and
the youngest of the Dark Priestesses who are both big UFO and Monster fans(?).
The second especially had really cool animation to it.

And got my Utawareruwamono OVA and Magic User's Club OVA yesterday. cheers

    MAcross Delta ep.5
Now it's said to be within the Brisingr globular cluster. It seems to be between 2000-10000 Ly in diameter based on dialogue and the map. It's said the various indigenous people are descendents of protoculture. The windemereans felt they were used and exploited by the humans and fought an independence war 7 years ago.
Now they intend to free the globular cluster. Walkure is a unit belonging to Chaos who are [s]mercs[/s] civilian contractors. Now Chaos gets hired to defend the colonies aside from fighting the Var outbreak. It's said the windemereans aren't responsible for all outbreaks. It seems windemereans nearing their end have petrified like patches of skin.
Looks like the designs for the windemereans are all inspired by 50's/60's aircrafts. So far we got the Draken and Starfighter (all single engines). Wonder if we will see Crusader, Thunderchief, maybe even Phantom II (since this breaks single engine rule could be final boss type).

    Sailor Moon Crystal
    ep30
That night they all dream of the end. Usagi is trouble as she sees Haruka as both man and woman. Laughing He gives her tickets to Michiru's concert (enough for the team). Interestingly, Mimi Hanyu aka Mimete gets lots of screen time due to wallpaper ads.
Hotaru got an attack but when her amulet doesn't work Chibi-usa gives her her crytal. This scene further points out the similarity between both crystals. This might be just a new implication and connection for the later Sailor Galaxy arc.
Anyway, they bond. Haruka and Michiru give Chibi-usa a ride to question her about their meeting... And they call their talismans talisman and are still looking for the talismans... @_@ At the end of the day everyone tells her not to tell anyone about what they talked about. @_@
They go to the concert and find Mamoru having invited Chibi-usa. No reaction from Usagi!? Minako sneaks away to go to Mimi's show and uses her compact from Sailor V-chan days to disguise... as a boy.
Mimete does her thing and battle ensues. Sailor Venus is wearing red pearls (from wink chain sword attack) around her waist. It seems all their secondary attacks have different art.
Uranus and Neptune finally attack and finish off Mimete. They introduce themselves... cut off to End.
Unlike the classic the enemies don't get any time to have any personality. They are truly just the show's pawns.
    ep31
Uranus and Neptune are viewed as hostile by the team due to their unfriendly behavior. Usagi is still confused about Haruka and confronts "him" but getting nowhere.
Ami is interested in a new Mugen preparatory school as she didn't make 1st place. She gets invited by #1 Yui Bido aka Viluy who promptly identifies her as guardian.
Ami is caught while snooping around in the basement. Before she becomes a victim she's rescued by Haruka and Michiru.
Mercury faces off Viluy but loses easily. The team arrives in time to save her. The outer senshis intervene and transform! They annihilate the enemies in a flash and disappear.
Meanwhile, some green haired student beauty starts her work at a lab. [Her art has some reminiscing hair lines to Rumiko's art (Ranma etc).]
